SCOPE OF THIS CHAPTER

This chapter describes the purpose of ensuring the quality standards that have been developed support improvement of practice in the assessments of children and young people who have Education, Health and Care Plans. It highlights the key processes and provides a template proforma (see Appendix 1: Ensuring Good Quality Education, Health and Care Plans in Wirral).
